The funding for Grants to States for Workplace and Community Transition Training for Incarcerated Individuals Program (IIP) was eliminated for FY2012. Funding for this program was not appropriated in the 2013 budget so its continuation seems unlikely.
However, states are still required to submit all requisite reports for FY2012 if any programming is offered with carryover funds.
